sisters and friends forever

i love these pictures of the girls in the car, Emma loves to drive her cozy coupe and Audrey came up to Emma and said "I am riding with you, move over Emma" the first pic Audrey said no pictures mom, then Audrey was asking Emma "Where are we going", and the third one is priceless with the expression on Audrey's face. The last picture is miss Emma looking down at Audrey from the top of the slide. Poor miss Audrey sounds like a barking seal again so we are doing breathing treatments frequently, i think it is her asthma it sounds like that reactive airway cough and not a sick cough. I know my kids and their coughs, trust me, i could be my own breathing treatment clinic.
today was MDO for the kids, i ran to Old Navy where i lucked out and then i went for a long walk in our neighborhood. My friend Cathy still has me a little freaked out worrying about her so i am glad she is feeling better but i am worrying that i can't reach her right now, hopefully sh just went to class and isn't passed out on her floor. I then hung out at home for two hours with no kids and watched TV other than noggin and read the newspaper without some little punk carrying it off.

Hopefully Audrey will have a good night, last night she woke up about every two hours coughing which then woke Emma up so neither girl had a great night of sleep, maybe when they are eight we will sleep so much better. Then today at MDO they said Audrey didnt' nap so i am hoping her night and ours is peaceful.

this weekend will be busy with the ladies night and then the Davis's on Saturday and then we are having dinner here on Mothers Day for our moms, guess i should get their gifts because i forgot to do it today. oh well i better get off of here.

summertime

it feels like summertime here in the midwest and it is only May 8 but i will take this versus 30 degree weather. This mornning we went to the gym and then we came home and played outside, the kids love this sand table i bought them it used to have water in it but all they would do is sit in the water and so now it is a sand table. emma loves this thing, she makes margaritas, okay she puts the sand in a cup and brings it to me, a girl can dream can't she, she makes cakes, pies, corn whatever. i love the second pic Emma is letting sand run through a cup with a hole in it and Christian thought it was hilarious. The last pic is of Audrey eating butter bread for breakfast, she asked for bread this morning with her cereal, and then she handed it back to me and said, "no i want butter on it" okay excusssssssssse me, so she just licked the butter off of it. Probaby if i would quit buying the Kashi kids cereal they would eat better in the morning but i am the sugar police again, so i compromised and gave them Honey Nut Cheerios, tomorrow i am going to buy some of the Newman O's that i like, they are organic and are very tasty, Chris says that is disgusting and why would anybody eat that but i find it funny that they magically disappeared one night.
oh what's that you want to know how my dreamy date went with Bud, it was awesome we will be getting together both nights this weekend, i saw him again today when i put the milk away but i resisted since i am going to work. the kids were much better today, there was a two year old that died, her brother accidentally backed over her,her brother was ten and got the dad's keys and backed over her. it is so tragic, i can't imagine the guilt that the brother and father are dealing with, just make sure to put your keys away. I can't imagine the loss of a child either but i pray that they find peace and nobody says anything idiotic like it, we all make bad decisions alot but i think we just get lucky. the dad had set his keys down in the garage and the ten year old picked them up. nobody's fault. ughh i cant' even imagine. so give your kids extra kisses today and thank God that they are here to drive you nuts, i'm sure those parents would give anything for a attitude, tantrum, colorings on the walls. okay enough bringing us down. off to shower for a fun filled evening at work, i can't wait to find out how much my raise is, maybe i can buy an extra cozy cup for my bottle of bud.

a lesson in single parenting

okay the first two pics are of my friend Melissa kids Drew and Lia, i love Lia's expression because it fits her personality, she is so cute, and Drew just loves Christian, he is always calling him little man and playing with him. We went to Shiloh park again today and it was kinda hot, i dont' know if my eyes got sunburnt or if it is this crap that i have on them. I had some allergic reaction to my eye makeup remover and it looks funky. Anyway the next pictures aren't that great of quality but i love Audreys smile in it and the last pic was after our walk tonight and Christian was waving and jumping so i got him mid jump.
anyway my aunt is still in the hospital and Mondays just are bad b/c Chris has board meetings and then training so i got no relief at all today and i put the kids in bed at 740 because i coudlnt' take it any longer. Emma and Audrey were antaganizing each other and honestly i didn't even really care as long as they werent' bothering me. Emma who is my sweetie pie has gotten some three year old attitude somewhere and between her and Audrey's attitude i honestly wouldn't mind working full time this week. I seriously am going to have a date with Bud Light tonight. He is the perfect man, smooth, yummy and always makes you feel relaxed, hell i might even marry him one day. LOL I am counting down the days to my LADIES NIGHT, oh yes its ladies night what a night on Friday. isnt' that a song at least it won't be a darn Dora song about mixing chocolate from the tree. honestly how do i stay sane with triplets, and i'm not even on medicine.
am i wrong to think that bedtime was my favorite time of the day today? hope you all got a kick out of my ravings. oh and i complained about our service at Outback last night to the manager only because they charged us double, those damn heffers.
off to put ear plugs in, i am no longer responding to the word mommy for the next three hours, trust me you long for the day they can call for mommy but i hear it fifty thousand times a day. I should be counting my blessings that i have three beautiful children to call me mommy. Good night, now Bud is calling my name, gotta goo.....

ice scream you scream for ice cream

okay here are the pics that got deleted from an earlier post, Christian loves ice cream and he is loving this. wish us luck we are going out to eat at Outback with the kids. they are alot better at going out to eat but who knows. okay so there are three sets of pics so check them all out.

a family kind of day

not much new to report here, these pics aren't as good as yesterday but oh well. Christina loves ice cream and begs for it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, he is really digging it here. Chris is saying will you please stop, i wanted to pretend like Stephanie that i was the paparazzi! the next pic Emma was carrying around my Coach purse, ughh, and Audrey said Emma what's in your purse so they were looking at it. great somehow i deleted Christin's ice cream pic so i will repost later, better go help Chris do the mulch, he thinks i am in the bathroom b/c that is what i told him. hee hee.

helllo again

well i have been a slacker i decided i needed a few days off from taking pictures, well i didn't really have time to post Thurs and Friday it was a crazy couple of days but these are from yesterday, i really love the first one and i didn't do any editing on this one. the last one is Audrey, it totally conveys her attitude that day.

last night i worked, today we did the March of Dimes walk with my work which was a two mile walk and there were a ton of people. it is so nice outside so we went to Lowe's to look at patio furniture and buy some flowers. Chris is outside fertilizing the grass which i should probably offer to help but that means triplet terrors are by themselves inside and who only knows what F5 tornado might go through our house. My aunt is in the hospital so we will probably see her tomorrow, the kids haven't seen her in almost a month so they will be all excited.

crazy kids

this first picture Chris took, i dont' know why Emma was laying on the kitchen table but she was, that crazy girl, the second picutre while i was making dinner they were playing really nice together, they found this tray from their booster chairs and were all pretending to eat, the lighting is bad and they look like trailer trash b/c they are in their diapers but i love to hear them play together they totally have conversations and crack up at each other. not much new here i really havent' had any extra time to play with the camera, our cleaning lady comes tomorrow so i have to pick up. We booked our flight and rental car for our vacation which i can't wait. It will be a lots of good photo ops too! Work has been crazy which is good since i work tonight and tomorrow night. I will hopefully get good photos this weekend. chris had a training class on Monday where a tank caught fire and he took over 2oo pics, i should post those if i can find it. oh well have a good day. Oh Amanda when you come home will you show me how to use photoshop? Who has time to read a book about it?
