THANK YOU

as i sit today i am amazed by the fact my kiddos are 2.5, they aren't babies anymore, part of me wants a baby but then i remember the sleepless nights and the loss of brain cells so i think i am done. i can get my baby fix at work.
anywhoo Amanda sent me some articles for my new camera on taking pictures and this picture reminds me of one of the articles so here it is. This is Audrey at eight months old, she could be screaming one minute and you whip out that camera and there would be that big gummy grin. i love the sunlight coming in. it probably isn't the best picture but it is one of my all time favorites.

just a note to my kids in case they ever read this someday, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, and thank God every day that i have been so blessed to have three times the smile, and three times the kisses and hugs every day. Triplets has been an adventure, and it is one of the hardest things i have done but it has taught me so much. THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME LAUGH EVERY DAY AND GIVING ME REASON TO GET OUT OF BED.

me and two monkeys

Chris took this picture tonight after baths, they are actually looking at the camera and smiling, Audrey didn't want to be in the picture at least she said no thank you. The kids went to MDO today and i had a nice lunch with some work friends and my friend Wendy who i used to work with, we ate at cracker barrel and it was so good. This evening i swear i have done about 6 loads of laundry and almost done. I am ready for some 65 degree weather with no rain or wind.

april 10th 2007

okay this photo was taken yesterday. My mom hid money in the easter eggs so I just threw it in a baggie, Aunt Pam brought each of the kids a plastic piggy bank and they all put their money in it. Here is Emma proud of her piggy and money, they carried them around all night last night. Thanks again for the fun Aunt Pam. Emma won't ever look at the camera anymore, the last time a decent picture of her looking was at the basketball game that Steph took with her new camera.

not much else going on today, our irrigation system is being completed today so no more dragging sprinklers all over the yard every 20 minutes. HOORAY.

So today Sarah, Meg, and D pictured to the left came over and we had a blast in the bounce house. I got this picture of Devin and had to share b/c he is so cute. He told his mom he put that sweater on for me. I also figured out Picasa, thanks Steph, and have been playing with that. more pics of the kids to follow.

I didn't post yesterday b/c it was crazy and then i worked last night. Yesterday we went to my mom's for dinner and for an egg hunt. Thankfully she loaded the eggs with money, why didn't she do that when i was little? The kids received way too much candy and next year i think i will ask for books, encyclopedia's (just kidding Amanda), or gift cards to Chuckie Cheese. 1 packet of M&M's will do the trick for our sweet tooth, I have turned into the sugar police. Audrey turned into a little tyrant on the way home from Gammy's house and kept yelling and putting her hand out to "STOP THE CAR NOW, I WANT TO GET DOWN." Luckily and thankfully i was going to work so i just laughed, Chris on the other hand didnt' think it was so funny.. welcome to my world four days out of the week. Emma also was screaming, and all that junk food had something to do with the attitude, not saying my kids are perfect in any means, but ALOT of sugar doesn't help.
off my rant. the second pic is how Christian fell asleep during naptime on SAturday, he was in his room playing and talking so i didn't get him up. he got pretty quiet so i thought i better check it out and somehow he ended up halfway under the bed, i thought it was too cute not to have a Kodak moment of.
Hope everybody's Easter was eggtastic, hee hee. When did Easter become like Christmas with all the gifts?

april 7 2007

so today we went to SLU alumni easter egg hunt, boy was it ever cold. Christian screamed b/c it was so cold, and he kept saying, "its cold outside", he picked two eggs. The girls were hunting downthe eggs. We met Cathy at ten at Bread Co for some bagels and then headed off to SLU. The kids fell alseep on their way home and decided that was enough napping for them. The prizes in the eggs were not appropriate for two year olds, the candy in them was hard because it was probably frozen, and then they had toy rings also in the eggs. It was a nice thought on Slu alumni's part, i'm sure the people that pick the prizes have no clue that children can choke on small parts.

april 6 2007

here are two pics from today. the first one is Christian painting. He painted on the picture but also all over his face, i really don't like for them to paint, b/c it is sooooo messy with triplets, but it was downright cold today and it was a fun entertaing activity for the kids. Plus i think and hope they are developing creative skills and a dislike for the taste of paint, i mean how many times can you stick the paintbrush in your mouth and realize it isnt' the flavor of the month.
the second picture is the kiddos watching Dora on my bed, Lisa, our cleaning lady was scrubbing the floor on her hands and knees so i wanted them out of her way. Hey if i dont' have to do it for a week i will do anything. LOL I was just laying on my bed chilling while Dora did the enteraintment. I love pictures of them all together, unfortuantely i only get ones of their backs lately.
not much planned for this weekend, we will do a Easter Egg Hunt and just chill. Happy Easter.
